What’s your return policy?
We strive to make every customer satisfied!
We will issue a store credit or exchange (minus shipping) within 7 business days from when you received your item. Any item received after that (within 30 days) will receive a store credit (minus shipping + 10% restocking fee).
Holiday/Seasonal must be returned for store credit no less than 7 days before the holiday or start of the next season.
If you receive an item that is damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
What is your local pick-up policy?
We are currently shipping only.
